A Certified Specialist in both Taxation Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law as recognized by the South Carolina Supreme Court, Bob adeptly guides clients through sophisticated business transactions, strategic entity formation, comprehensive succession planning, and innovative tax strategies. Bob’s distinguished academic journey began at the University of Dayton, where he earned his B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude. He then obtained his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, serving as Symposium Editor of the South Carolina Law Review, receiving the Editor’s Award, and earning membership in the Order of the Wig and Robe. Further solidifying his expertise, Bob pursued and completed his Master of Laws in Taxation from the prestigious New York University, equipping him with advanced knowledge of complex federal and state tax regulations. His legal prowess is widely acknowledged.
