Doug O’Neal is a Shareholder known for guiding individuals and businesses through complex estate planning and business entity matters. A South Carolina Supreme Court Certified Specialist in both Taxation Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Doug focuses on wills, trusts, asset protection, business succession, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning. He later earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Doug remains deeply involved in the legal community through the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, Greenville County Bar Association, Greenville Estate Planning Council, and Greenville Estate Planning Study Group. He has been consistently recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and has received multiple Greenville Lawyer of the Year honors. He serves as an elder at Greenville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church and enjoys time with his wife, Mary Teal, and their children.
